Preparing your Community for Cyber Intruders

by Erin Jamison Koenig | Aug 20, 2019

CLE

When you mix people in a community of any size and data, it is a matter of WHEN and not IF you will have a security incident to manage. Your organization’s ability to properly assess the impact of any incident, mitigate any harm, and properly resume or maintain city operations all the while maintaining your community’s trust is directly tied to your data governance planning. In this interactive session, Taft attorney Scot Ganow will walk you through the do’s and don’ts of incident response management, including what you should be doing to properly implement a risk-based governance program to not only be ready for the next incident, but truly improve your data governance and reduce risk in the process.

Scot Ganow, Senior Counsel, Taft Law
