On this episode of Aim Hometown Innovations Podcast, Avon Town Manager Tom Klein discusses road and trail improvements underway in the fast-growing community. Last year, the town opened up the Avon Avenue Bridge, which connects the north and south sides of the community. The town also partnered with neighboring Brownsburg to construct the 1-mile Bicentennial Trail in honor of the state’s 200th anniversary. The trail, which received an award for local government collaboration from Aim, provides a link between the two communities.
