This workshop will discuss the best practices for the uses of TIF, pitfalls to avoid, and any recent legislative changes regarding TIF. Attendees will learn of the recent changes regarding controlled projects, local income taxes, and examples of how to use TIF, property taxes, and local income taxes for various sorts of capital projects.
