Muncie’s 8Twelve Coalition is an example of public and private partners coming together to move a section of Muncie from despair to repair. Work plans were created in the areas of business development, beautification, housing and access to services. Hear how this exciting coalition is taking an area of 500 homes, with a $20,000 median income, and “creating a new and better ending story to neighborhood decline.”
