Last year, the Aim Medical Trust conducted the 2025 Indiana Municipal Benefits Study to better understand the benefit offerings, costs, and emerging trends across Indiana’s municipal and the broader public-sector landscape. By benchmarking results from the survey alongside state and national data, the results represent a valuable resource to help municipalities make informed decisions amid ongoing fiscal pressures. It also ensures that the Aim Medical Trust continues to align its programs with the evolving needs and priorities of local government employers and their employees. In addition to learning the results of the 2025 survey, attendees of this webinar will hear how the Trust team will apply this knowledge on behalf of all Hoosier municipalities.
