As an important mission of ILMCT, this workshop will provide advice and helpful tools to the seasoned Clerks and Clerk-Treasurers so they are fully equipped to provide assistance to newly elected officials during their first years in office. Knowing which agencies to contact, where to find answers, the best utilization of the ILMCT listserve, and how to search statutes within the Indiana Code, are just some of items on the docket for this important session. Potential mentors will walk away ready to provide the guidance and support necessary for new and potentially struggling colleagues.
