Municipal Law Seminar

Municipal Law is a seminar designed to keep the local government attorney current on important legislative and case law changes over the past year and to provide up to 10 hours of continuing legal education (CLE) credits, including 1 hour of ethics. The workshop sessions are focused strictly on local government law issues and are designed to make the role of the local government attorney easier.

Highlights of the 2024 seminar included presentations on employment law, land acquisition, unsafe buildings and code enforcement efforts, utilities, public safety and merit commission, public purchasing and public works, transition matters, artificial intelligence, and more.
