2025 Aim Ideas Summit

History was made in this year as we celebrated a remarkable milestone – Aim’s 125th Ideas Summit! For more than a century, this annual gathering has served as the cornerstone for collaboration, innovation, and progress in Indiana’s cities and towns.

This year’s Summit was one for the books! More than 1,200 municipal leaders, corporate members, and state officials came together in French Lick for three days of learning, networking, and celebration. The event featured more than 130 exhibitors, over 30 educational workshops, and countless opportunities to connect and share ideas.
