2025 Aim Ideas Summit

Mark your calendars for the 2025 Aim Ideas Summit, October 21–23 in French Lick, as we celebrate Aim’s 125th annual gathering! This milestone event will feature over 120 exhibitors, more than 30 workshops, dynamic speakers, and unbeatable networking opportunities. Join us for three days of reflection, innovation, and collaboration as we honor our past and look ahead to the future of Indiana’s cities and towns. The registration brochure, including the full agenda, hotel details, and more, will be available later this summer.

Annual Award Nominations

The Aim Awards Program celebrates communities and individuals for outstanding achievement, innovative programs, and exceptional leadership in municipal government. These awards offer Aim members the opportunity to be recognized for their accomplishments while inspiring others with ideas and best practices.

All 2025 award recipients will be honored at the Annual Awards Luncheon on Wednesday, October 22. A panel of former municipal officials and public- and private-sector experts will serve as judges. While Aim staff facilitates the process, they do not vote on nominations.

Community award categories include Placemaking, Green Project of the Year, and Program Innovation. Individual honors include Distinguished Service, Municipal Management, and Financial Management. The nomination deadline has been extended to Thursday, July 3, 2025.
