It’s time for another outstanding evening of celebrating everything our partnership with lawmakers has given the State of Indiana: quality places that attract top talent, vibrant arts and culture hubs, unique towns that epitomize what it means to be a Hoosier, and the flexibility to address our challenges.

Presented by Duke Energy, the Aim Legislative Dinner will include featured remarks from renowned author and quality of place guru Peter Kageyama. Listening to Peter talk about loving our cities will inspire you and legislators alike. No one will leave the dinner lacking enthusiasm for what we can achieve together in advancing our cities, towns and state.

RSVP to Brendan Bystry at bbystry@aimindiana.org or (317) 237-6200 ext. 249. Online registration is available for Aim Members. Registration is complimentary for Aim Municipal Members and Legislators. The registration fee for Aim Corporate Members is $199. Registration deadline is Thursday, January 23. Please notify Aim of any cancellations prior to Tuesday, January 28. Advance registration is required. Onsite registration is not available. *All members of the Indiana General Assembly are invited to this event.

Aim members and legislators will be sat according to their legislative district. Business attire recommended.

Hotel Reservations should be made directly with Hyatt Regency Indianapolis. Hotel reservations can be made online by scanning the QR Code to the right or by contacting Hyatt Regency Indianapolis directly and requesting the Aim Indiana block. The special group rate ($149 – $199) does not include applicable state and local taxes. Reservations must be made no later than Tuesday, January 14 to receive the group rate. Please note the hotel block could sell out before Tuesday, January 14, so be sure to book your hotel room soon.

Securing major sponsorships for the Aim Legislative Dinner allows Aim to offer this important legislative event to our municipal membership and all Indiana legislators at no cost to them. Sponsorships for the 2025 Aim Legislative Dinner are available to 2024 and 2025 Aim Corporate Members. The Aim Corporate Member registration fee is $199 per person.
