On this episode of Aim Hometown Innovations podcast, we sit down with Noblesville Mayor John Ditslear and Police Chief Kevin Jowitt to discuss the city’s strategy on community policing. As communities grow, police officers are often sent across a municipality responding to calls. Noblesville is finding success in assigning officers to certain neighborhoods and areas of the city, allowing them to build relationships with community members.
