Regional Strategies Aimed at Reversing Indiana’s Population Decline and Growing our Cities and Towns

by Erin Jamison Koenig | Aug 20, 2019

CLE

Like many other states, Indiana is faced with stagnant population growth and further downward trends over the next twenty years. In order to grow Indiana’s economy, we must have strategies in place to reduce talent migration and to more aggressively attract out-of-state people to Indiana. In this workshop, we will explore how regional collaboration can lead to transformative investments in quality of place projects that we know are critical to sustain and cultivate communities where people want to live, work, and play.

Scott Fadness, Mayor, City of Fishers
Larry Gigerich, Executive Director, Ginovus
Dr. Mike Hicks, Director, Center for Business and Economic Research, Ball State University
Lindsey Moss, Strategic Initiatives Director and Legislative Counsel, Aim
