Municipal Law is a seminar designed to keep the local government attorney current on important legislative and case law changes over the past year and to provide up to 9.0 hours of continuing legal education (CLE) credits, including one hour of ethics. The workshop sessions are focused strictly on local government law issues and are designed to make the role of the local government attorney easier.
Highlights of this year’s seminar include presentations on email ethics, post common construction wage, cooperative public purchasing, continuing bond disclosures and new SEC rules, trademarks, sidewalk maintenance, indemnification, cyber security, stormwater law, 4th Amendment, and more.
