Hotel reservations for the 2026 Aim Ideas Summit open on August 13 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern for corporate members. Please contact the hotel of your choice directly to reserve your room while availability lasts. Blocks are expected to sell out quickly, well before the September 3 deadline.
A non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s stay is required when booking at the host hotels. You must be registered for the conference to occupy a room in the Aim block, and reservations may be canceled if not accompanied by a registration.
EXHIBIT HALL

The 2026 Aim Ideas Summit will take place September 29 – October 1 at the historic French Lick Springs Resort! The exhibit hall will be open on Tuesday and Wednesday, giving exhibitors plenty of time to engage with attendees and showcase their products and services. Booth space is available on a first-come, first-served basis until the show sells out, and all reservations must be made online. Online booth registration opens at 1:00 p.m. Eastern on August 13.
Please note: Attendee registration is not included with your booth purchase. All exhibitors must register for the full conference at the discounted exhibitor rate. Online registration for corporate members also opens on August 13 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern.

PRICING & PAYMENT
Exhibit booths are only available to Aim Corporate Members. The booth fee is $650 and includes an 8′ deep by 10′ wide space, one 6′ table, pipe and drape, two chairs, one wastebasket and a booth identification sign. Electrical service and/or additional furniture are available for order.
All booths should be paid in full at the time of purchase. Aim reserves the right to release any booth if payment has not been received prior to September 15, 2026. Payment may be made online at the time of purchase by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
Booth cancellations received on corporate letterhead in writing (via US mail, email, or fax) by Aim on or before September 4, 2026, will receive a refund less a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date.
